A: Orders are usually delivered within 7–15 business days depending on the product, your location and where to import.
Q6. Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within India. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
Q7. How much is the shipping charge?
A: Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. Many products come with free shipping.
Q8. How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp. You can use that link to track your shipment in real time.

A: We offer a 7-day return policy on most products. The product must be unused, original packaging, Photo and unboxing video need to qualify.

A: In case of damaged or incorrect products, you can request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery.

A: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

A: Yes, all products listed on our store are 100% brand new and sourced from trusted suppliers.

A: Yes, we use high-quality product images provided by suppliers. The actual product may have slight variations in color due to lighting or screen resolution.

A: We provide detailed size charts and product descriptions. Please check them carefully before placing your order.

A: Currently, we do not offer customization. However, we may introduce it for selected products in the future.
